Nearing four decades of software development experience, Sameer Tilak is the Chief Technology Officer at Josh Software — a role he fills with equal parts engineering expertise and unshakable passion for hands-on coding. Sameer began his entrepreneurial journey while pursuing his master’s degree, launching his own software business and leading it for 18 years. Beyond the code, Sameer is a dedicated cyclist, having pursued the sport for over 12 years and completing endurance rides like the Tour of Deccan. His approach to tech leadership mirrors his cycling mindset: stay active, keep moving forward, and always go the distance.
Shailesh Kalekar is the Chief Operating Officer at Josh Software, bringing over 30 years of experience in leading large-scale delivery programs and driving digital transformation across global markets. An engineer by training and a strategist by mindset, Shailesh has a proven track record in managing multi-location, multicultural teams and delivering operational excellence at scale. At Josh, he oversees delivery, execution, and operations — ensuring seamless alignment between business goals and technology outcomes, while strengthening client relationships. Prior to joining Josh, Shailesh led complex engagements for some of the most respected names in banking and financial services, and played a key role in establishing global delivery models and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
