Along with the domain expertize of H-Farm and Zooppa from Italy, Josh was involved in the complete development of BrandPotion. BrandPotion takes networking beyond the social realm - we call this Brand networking!
We have been responsible for the complete development of this portal, the deployment (via EngineYard) and the maintenance of this site. Features like ratings, surveys, photo-gallery, video-gallery and forums can be enabled or disabled per brand. Each brand has it own unique identity and can manage their own features, graphic presentation and networking.

Now with eJOSH you can select your page layout and color theme and start adding your pages with an easy to use Admin Panel. You can make changes to live site without waiting for you web designer or system administrator. The in-built Search Engine Optimization (SEO) ensures that the website gets more internet visibility from search engines.
eJOSH also comes with a list of plugins to help in managing your office and makes your office go paperless! Some of these plugin include:
"Employee management" helps in maintaining the list of employees from a centralized server within the organization.
"Leave management" provides leave application, leave approval and leave rejection and also a dahsboard for your current and pending leaves.
"Timesheet management" enables employees in filling timesheets every day. Managers get a report mailed to them with notification for non entries.
"Hiring management" helps in resume uploading from the website, resume filtering, resume searching based on skillset, experience etc.
eJOSH has been built in such a way that we can customize almost anything and tune it according to the company's needs. Custom modules can be developed on a need basis. It is a custom Ruby On Rails CMS with various plugins to automate the day-to-day office functionalities.

This is a gaming site. "A place where your talent pays". Showme is a spectacular portal where you can submit videos of pranks, sports, fashion and win money! You can win money even by voting.
This is hosted on Rackspace as a 2-node cluster. Videos are encoded to mp4 using encoding.com and stored on the CloudFiles CDN.
Client: Samhita Social Ventures Sector: Philanthropy Technologies: Ruby On Rails Tags: thinking-sphinx, engineyard, passenger, nginx, memcached Samhita.org is a Social Venture that brings about collaboration between Social Organizations, People and Service Providers. This portal has been entirely developed by us and is hosted on EngineYard AppCloud. This uses nginx, passenger and memcache. It caters to integration with other portals. This is one of the first philanthropic involvements of Josh and its close our heart! We hope to make a difference in our own way using this as a platform.
